Refund policy

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Sponsor Inbox payment. Email 2236038316@qq.com with the email used at checkout.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after the 14-day first-purchase window, except where required by law. Contact us if a duplicate charge or technical error occurred.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period unless a payment is refunded or disputed.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.
